At More Health, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.
Shipping
- Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes stated at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary based on the carrier and destination.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product.
Returns & Refunds
- Return Window: Requests for a return or refund must be made within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Damaged, Missing, or Lost Orders: Must be reported within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
Condition of Products
- If the product is unused and the plastic seal has not been broken, you may return it by mailing it back with your packing slip or return form.
- If the product has been opened or the seal has been broken, you must contact us before returning the product.
Defective or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair at no additional cost.
- Shipping fees will be refunded in full.
- No restocking fee will be applied.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee applies to returns of two or more bottles when the products are not defective, damaged, or incorrect. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Return Requirements
All packages returned to More Health must include:
- A completed return form with the order number(s).
- Your customer ID.
You can download the return form from our website. Returns without the required documentation may cause delays. Returns are processed in the order received and will only be processed once they arrive at the return facility.
Important Notes
- Do not refuse a package. Refusing delivery can cause delays, and there is no guarantee that the package will be returned to us within the 60-day return window.
- Third-Party Purchases: For purchases made from third-party vendors, please refer directly to the vendor’s return and refund policy. More Health is not responsible for refunding purchases made through third-party vendors.
Refund Timeline
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within up to 3 business days.
- After a refund is issued, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
